History
The Roanoke Group, Inc. was founded in 1986 by Mark Pennucci & Steve Link. Both Mark & Steve had worked for larger franchise real estate companies and had become discouraged with the lack of professionalism , communication & personal service which seemed to be evolving in the larger companies. Their goal was to have a company made up of self motivated experienced professionals backed by an experienced support staff. We have been serving Seattle and adjacent areas since 1975.

We have nine agents that work in our office. They are high caliber professionals with diverse backgrounds. Some are former educators, executives, travel agents, and small business owners.They are all committed to the Business of Real Estate.
