Association Management
Many homeowners and tenants find themselves included in Condominium Homeowner Associations, Single Family Detached Housing Communities, and Zero-Lot-Line townhouse or Row House developments when they purchase or lease housing. These organizations are critical to providing many services required by these private communities. Associations provide services as disparate as private utility systems, private roads and sidewalks, site drainage and green area preservation, gardening and site maintenance and management, community security and security patrols, architectural review, rules and parking enforcement, common recreation area maintenance, pooled distribution of communication, cable, and internet access services, among many other services. These organizations operate for the purpose of providing these services and require the participation of the membership in the day-to-day operation of the community.
Our Association Management services encompass assisting Associations in management of their communities. We assist with the proper documentation of Association records, establishing procedures, regulations, and rules, the election of officers, common area maintenance, budgeting and reserve requirements, dues collections and billings, payment of association obligations, monthly and annual reporting and assist tax professionals with the preparation of necessary city, state, and federal tax filings. The needs of associations are varied and we tailor our services to fulfill those needs.
