The Roanoke Group, Inc. is a Washington State Sub-Chapter “S” Corporation. The corporation is Licensed with the Washington State Department of Licensing: License #3399. We specialize in providing Real Estate Brokerage services to clients in the greater Seattle area and property management services within the City of Seattle and the City of Shoreline. Our property management services include management of single family rentals, multiplex rentals, small apartment building rentals, and small office/commercial/mixed use properties. We provide management for homeowner associations, P.U.D.’s, and zero lot line residential and mixed use projects.  As we specialize in properties not requiring on-site management we have located our office in the middle of our service area in the north Seattle “Maple Leaf” neighborhood.  This allows a quick response time for the showing of properties and responding to tenant and homeowner requests.

We have been in operation since 1987 and are celebrating our 25^th year in business this year in 2012. Our two principals, Designated Broker, Mark Pennucci, and Designated Broker Emeritus, Steve Link, have been in the Real Estate profession for over thirty two years. Our staff consists of twelve Real Estate Brokers and three support staff personnel.
